My Favorite Quote:
“He's around the twist,' said Azalea. 'Breaking all the windows? He's mad.'
Azalea is trapped. Just when she should feel that everything is before her . . . beautiful gowns, dashing suitors, balls filled with dancing . . . it's taken away. All of it.
The Keeper understands. He's trapped, too, held for centuries within the walls of the palace. And so he extends an invitation.
Every night, Azalea and her eleven sisters may step through the enchanted passage in their room to dance in his silver forest.
But there is a cost.
The Keeper likes to keep things.
Azalea may not realize how tangled she is in his web until it is too late.

My review:
Entwined is a retelling of the Twelve Dancing Princesses. Azalea and her sisters are thrown into mourning when their mother dies. In his grieving, the king establishes strict rules for his daughters. No color, no singing....... and no dancing. The princesses protest to this because they absolutely love dancing. When the girls find a silver forest that appears every night when they descend a staircase, they are swept up into the breathtaking world of dancing and laughter, with a handsome man named Keeper to accompany them.
However, there is a dark curse in the castle hidden for decades. Azalea and her sisters could be in grave danger, and they might not realize it until it is too late. When the king issues a proclamation saying that whoever can find out their secret may choose a bride. Azalea is not very happy with this arrangement until she meets a man named Mr. Bradford and thinks that maybe things could change. Can someone rescue these princesses before it is too late?
Loved it! It was a great story and I WANTED MORE. The storytelling was funny, descriptive, and the world of it was very enchanting and immersive. I loved every single page, there are so many relationships, from the romances to the love between father and daughter.
Amazing. Amazing, amazing, amazing.

Pros: It was a fairytale retelling, which everyone knows I love love love. The characters were awesome and an alluring and handsome bad guy? Totally cool.
Cons: Mr. Bradford needs a first name. Badly. (UPDATE: IT IS WILLIAM)
